Appears in the following schemes

Protein function

Encodes a prolyl cis/trans isomerase with specificity for phospho-Ser-Pro bonds.

Phenotype

Overexpressor:
PIN1AT overexpressor is early flowering under both SD and LD conditions. [Wang et al., 2010]

Remarks:
PIN1AT interacts with both AGL24 and SOC1 and mediates AGL24 stability in the nucleus. This stabilization is mediated by Cis/Trans isomerization of pThr-Pro motifs in AGL24. [Wang et al., 2010]

RNA interference:
RNAi downregulation of PIN1AT leads to late flowering under both SD and LD conditions. [Wang et al., 2010]

Function:
Prolyl cis/trans isomerase with specificity for phospho-Ser-Pro bonds. [Data from UniProt]
