Phenotype

Overexpressor:
BOP1 overexpressor has a compact stature and hyponastic leaves but does not display any floral defect. [Khan et al., 2012][Ha et al., 2007][Norberg et al., 2005]

Single mutant:
bop1 single mutant shows blade outgrowths along the adaxial side of cotyledon and rosette leaf petioles. [Ha et al., 2004][Ha et al., 2003]

Multiple mutant:
bop1;bop2 multiple mutant shows subtle defects in inflorescence and floral architecture and has synergistic effects with lfy and ap1 mutations. [Xu et al., 2010]
